Large double room available from 12th September in a lovely, friendly houseshare in the heart of Clapham Junction.

We would like to find a 4th housemate for our home in Clapham Junction. We are 3 guys - all easy going, professionals in our 30s to early 40s and are looking for a similar-minded housemate to join the house and keep the balance.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
Our spacious Victorian home has a large eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and all the mod cons, really comfortable lounge, bathroom and downstairs loo, cellar, lots of storage and a outside space!

The house is on Eccles Road, a quiet street just off of Lavender Hill and we are just 2 minutes from Clapham Common. We are stumbling distance from all the bars and restaurants of Battersea Rise and Northcote Road, and 5 minutes walk from Clapham Junction station. A great location!!

ABOUT THE ROOM
The room is a large double on the second floor, it is the largest bedroom in the house. It is part furnished with a, large wardrobe bookshelf etc, but NO bed.

The rent is £750 per month and bills work out at around £120 a month, which includes all utilities, council tax, wireless internet. In addition, we have a brilliant cleaner who comes every 2 weeks cleaning the communal areas etc
