Room available in 3 bedroom house in Clapham

We are looking for a person (male or female) aged between 22–28 to take over the garden-facing room from 14th October (dates slightly negotiable). The house is 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom (1 shower), kitchen, spacious living room, garden. The room is £1,150 p/m, and all additional bills tend to come to around £100–150 p/m.

You would be living with 2 blokes aged 24 and 25. Elliot is an accountant who works in Covent Garden. He is a runner who is training for a marathon in Amsterdam next month. He is also a big Manchester United fan and watches cricket, as well as enjoying going to the pub for a pint. I work full-time in the wine industry in Clapham and spend most of my Saturdays in the summer, when I’m not working, on a cricket pitch. I am a Chelsea fan and also am quite a social person. We both recognise the need to respect space and both have plenty of experience living with other people.

The landlady has communicated that we would be looking for someone who is currently in stable full-time employment (no students), with UK citizenship, and plans to live in the house long-term. The house is a 15/20-min walk to Clapham Junction train station and the same to Clapham South Tube station. It is located just off Northcote Road, which has a lot of pubs, bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
