Lease takeover in Clapham Junction!
Hey girls! I’m moving in with my partner so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Clapham Junction. It's a great flat with a really big kitchen, a living room with space for a dining area, three bedrooms, and one bathroom! The rent is £994, bills included.
You'll be sharing with John and Cait. They're both 25 and both work full-time in the office.
The flat is a 5-minute walk from Clapham Junction, right next to the river, which is great for walks, and there’s all the big supermarkets about a 10-minute walk.
Just FYI, you'll need a UK guarantor to join the tenancy.
The move-in date is 7th November, could potentially be a little earlier!
