The master ensuite becomes available in the lovely modern 2bed, 2bath flat I have been living in for 2 years. It's a new building, concierge, bike storage and residents lounge with wfh set ups in the lounge and a lovely rooftop terrace with cool views of the city.
The flat is on the fifth floor (lift) so the views are great from the flat too.
The flat itself it's very spacious, open plan living room and kitchen with a large balcony. Utility and storage room which gives us peace of mind when it comes to storing our luggage when we don't travel :).
Very well isolated building, so reasonable heating bills, and there is no gas, everything is electric. Heating underfloor, with controls in each room. Both rooms are at opposite sidea of the flat which makes it private as well.
As location, it's pretty much perfect, Clapham Junction Station just outside, Battersea Park minutes away walking, lovely cafés and restaurants around.
