Location is fantastic! Right on the doorstep of Clapham Junction, surrounded by great pubs, restaurants, cafés, shops and gyms. Both Battersea Park and Clapham Common are just a 15-minute walk away, with excellent transport links across London.

Bills will come to £100-150 per person.

I’m a 33-year-old guy working in the travel industry, with a big passion for fitness, travel and making the most of London life.

I’m a regular at the CrossFit gym just across the road, which has a brilliant social community. I’m also into running, HYROX and generally keeping active. Outside of fitness, I love getting out and about, trying new places, socialising and travelling whenever I get the chance.

I work from home three days a week.

Ideally looking for a friendly, clean and tidy working professional who enjoys a good balance of having their own space and being sociable.

It would be great to live with someone who’s also into fitness, enjoys getting involved in activities, exploring local events or heading out for a drink or bite to eat.

Ultimately, looking for someone who’s easy-going, considerate and up for making the flat feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep!
