I’m looking for someone to move into a spacious, fully furnished double bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom in a lovely flat just 2 minutes walk from Clapham Junction station.

The flat is located right on the high street, surrounded by supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and shops, and only a few minutes from Northcote Road, so the location is incredibly central while still feeling very residential and safe.

The room will be unfurnished. However, if you’re interested, you can purchase the furniture shown in the pictures at a heavily discounted price.

You would only be sharing the flat with me. I’m an Italian professional working office hours, and I’m very clean, respectful and easygoing. I’m often out after work and during the week, so overall the flat is very calm and quiet. We would share the kitchen and living room, while you would have your own private ensuite bathroom.

The flat is on the first floor of a small building and the room is available from 3rd October.

I’m ideally looking for a female professional (students also welcome) who is clean, respectful and looking for a peaceful home rather than a party flat.
