Our housemate is moving out in January so Maryam and I are looking for a lovely new housemate to move in to our 3 bedroom flat!

🏠 About the flat - it occupies floors 2 and 3 of a maisonette on a nice residential road. It has a spacious living room with lots of natural light, kitchen, and a garden.
• Less than 5 min walk from Northcote Road (with lots of shops & restaurants)
• 5 min walk from Clapham Common
• 10 min walk from Clapham Junction Station
The room is the largest room in the flat, on the top floor. Rent - £1,250 per month (before bills).

😁 About us - We are two friends who are very clean, always up for a chat, but equally very respectful of people’s own space and downtime to themselves.

I’m Lucy, 25, and work for a travel company, in the office Mon-Fri. I love countryside walks, a pub quiz, cosy movie nights, and a night out from time to time!

Maryam (Mim) is also 25 and works in finance, in the office 4/5 days a week. She loves running and sailing and is also a sucker for a pub quiz, cosy movie nights and nights out!

We’re really looking for someone who wants to be friends as well as housemates, rather than just someone to share the flat with!
