The room comes furnished with a double bed a wardrobe & a desk. (Option to buy beside tables and large chest of drawers from previous flatmates). As the flat has two bathrooms each couple has their own 😊

The apartment is conveniently located just a 3-5 minute walk from Clapham Junction station, offering excellent transport links. Victoria and Waterloo are only 1-2 stops away, making it incredibly easy to commute into the City and beyond.

We are also very close to Northcote Road, which has a fantastic selection of restaurants, pubs, and boutique shops. Additionally, St. John's Hill, where our flat is located, offers a great variety of local amenities, including independent coffee shops, great little stores, a Sainsbury's Local, and lively atmosphere.

About Us
We're Paul (24) and Niamh (26), an Irish couple who have been together for five years. We're both easygoing, and friendly, and enjoy keeping our home clean, tidy and relaxed.

We're both into fitness and enjoy going to the gym. We also love traveling, socialising, having a laugh and spending time with friends, but equally enjoy a cosy night in and having our own downtime.

Who We’re Looking For:
We're hoping to find like-minded people to share our home with, ideally another couple who are friendly, respectful and up for the occasional chat or social evening, while also enjoying their own space.
