Both rooms are spacious, and furnished.

I am looking for professional people to occupy both the double and the single rooms in my home.

You will share a large bathroom with the other occupant in the property, the house is very clean/tidy.

You will have use of a large fitted kitchen and a separate bathroom (which will be shared with the other tenant). Some of the bills are included (not all of them). There are parking restrictions in place, the only room you will occupy is the room for let, the bathroom and the kitchen (shared).
