Excellent location: Sisters Avenue is a quiet leafy road, a few minutes walk from the bars, restaurants and shops on Battersea Rise; Northcote Road and Lavender Hill. Clapham Common is at the end of the road.

Transport: Clapham Junction British Rail is 10-15 minutes walk (Victoria 7 mins; Waterloo 11 mins; many other destinations incl. Brighton & Gatwick). Clapham Common tube (Northern Line zone 2) is 15-20 minutes walk or a short bus ride away. Also well served by many different bus routes. Bicycles for hire round the corner. Annual resident parking permits available from Wandsworth Council.

Kitchen with mod cons. Separate utility lobby with washing machine and tumble drier.

The ground floor room is furnished with small double bed, wardrobe; shelves and desk.

Garden: extra large garden with mature planting and patio areas. Space for bikes.

The housemates: currently four friendly, professional females. The house used to be the landlady's own home. She manages the house and garden and she retains a room on the top floor for her own use when in London.
