Great double Room in Northcote Road Clapham

Big double room in Northcote Road (main road with pubs and shops, so loud over the weekends especially), ideally located in Clapham Junction - 5 minute walking distance from the train and overground station, Clapham Common (Northern line) is 10 minutes by bus, and there are any sort of direct buses to Shoreditch, central London and south London... All the roads lead to Clapham (wait, wasn’t it Rome)?
The area is full of shops and it sits between 3 parks.

I’m a 36 years old Italian professional, currently working from home in tech marketing (the living room is where I working from during the day) and I’m a stand up comedian (so often I rehearse around the house - bonus point for a flatmate who’s like to be my bringer and test jokes with 😊).

I speak a few languages (Italian, French, Spanish, hopefully English but it depends on the day 😜) and I am really into music (I play the ukulele) and am a massive gigs fan.

I love relaxing at home, sometimes cooking (not the great italian chef, i’m afraid), reading, watching films. I do yoga and sometimes meditation, sometimes I have friends visiting for movie nights that you’re welcome to join. Occasionally, I go to Italy for a few days or a week, sometimes I travel, so I need someone like minded who is trustworthy, collects mail, keep things tidy, out the bins out on a Thursday, cleans the house and waters the plants (my babies 😅).

I’m sociable and respectful of personal spaces and I've lived in the flat for 10 years now, so definitely made it cosier and really feels like home more than a house share.

The tenancy can start from the first of September, but I’d really like to take the time to know the person as I need to make sure we’re compatible and ideally we can live together for longer than a year(it’s stressful and time consuming having to find new flatmate, as I’m sure you also know).

Bills are roughly 150 £ per month each and the new tenant should take over the existing internet and gas contracts, while I manage council (98£ per month ) and water (44£ pm).
