The flat is really nice and is large, just recently renovated as you can see in the pictures. There is a bathroom with separate toilet

The room is a good size and the flat also has plenty of storage space throughout.

If you like to cook, we have a modern kitchen including a washer/dryer which is really useful.

You will be sharing the flat with a British and Polish, 1 male and 2 females. They are easy-going and get along well and would love someone to come and fit nicely into the flat.

The flat is 2 minutes from Clapham North tube station that is literally across the road, Clapham high street overground station is a 4 min walk and Stockwell and Clapham Common are 10 min walk as well.

The location is amazing and there is a Sainsbury's local just across the road and all sorts of shops on the high street just a few mins away from the flat, so the location is fantastic.

Bills are included: water, council tax, high speed and unlimited internet, gas, heating, TV licence, electricity.
