HI, i HAVE ONE ENSUITE ROOM AVAILABLE NOW AND ANOTHER ENSUITE / STUIDIO ROOM COMING AVAILABLE FROM 1 JULY.

Victorian house with garden and shared double-reception room lounge and separate kitchen, in Clapham North, 3 minutes walking distance to the buzz and amenities of Clapham High Street (and also Brixton)! You have the Old Post Office Bakery round the corner and the Landor pub a short walk away should you like a drink or pub dinner out close to home.

I am offering three double bedrooms (all ensuite) in a house share in Clapham. The house is very close to Clapham North tube station, which is 3 to 5 minutes walk away.

Rent for all rooms includes free broadband, council tax, water, tv licence. and gas. I only ask that you share the electricity bill between 4.

Excellent zone 2 location .

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with washer dryer, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a lovely patio garden which is perfect in the summer for sharing a glass of wine with your flatmates.

There is a shared full size lounge where you can watch Netflix / TV / etc. with Virgin Media catch up facilities, etc.

There is one flat mate in the house already who has taken the fourth bedroom in the house (also an ensuite) who was a tenant of mine before. He is 33 (gay) and works for H&M and is very pleasant.

I can be flexible with moving in dates but planning to do viewings this weekend from 9 May onwards.
