💷 MONTHLY PAYMENTS
All bills are included in the monthly fee. We ask for a security deposit and a non refundable £150 (renewed yearly) contribution towards the service charge which is paid at the beginning of the residency that covers the whole stay in the property. There is complimentary broadband, and complimentary regular cleaning for communal and bathroom areas.
