Double Room in Clapham North

Our lovely housemate is leaving the abode so we’re looking to find a female replacement to join our gorgeous Clapham Home. The available room is a medium sized double room with fitted wardrobes - located on the top floor. It comes with a bed, bedside table and mirror (different pictured).

The house is 3 floors, with a large garden and 4 bedrooms in total. It’s one bathroom shared between 3, as one room is en suite. And we’re a stones throw away from Clapham North tube station!

We are 3 young professional females (29, 30 and 31) who work in Marketing and Advertising. A creative bunch! We’re all hybrid workers so it’s a mixture of in the office and from home.

Ideally we are looking for someone a similar age who wants to be friends as well as housemates. We love a pub visit, boogie, cute dinners out and girls night in (and yes, we do have a karaoke machine!).

We’re looking for someone bubbly to match our dynamic. We’re very house proud and like to keep a clean n tidy home, so looking for a girl who likes the same.

Bills are around £150pp per month (this incl. council tax, gas, elec, water, wi-fi, TV).

Contract start date and ideal move in date is 19th June (but can be discussed), for a 12 month tenancy with the plan to do the same in June 2025, as we have done so for multiple years.
