The Room

Hey Gals!

Mid September move in date (tbc). Viewings to be held the week (tbc).

Looking for a female housemate (28 - 34) to join the gang in our beautiful home with living room, dining room, big kitchen, two bathrooms (boys & girls have their own floors) garden with BBQ, 5 min walk to tube & overground plus a short walk to the common!

The bedroom is a decent size with lots of storage space.

There are 6 of us in total (3 boys, 3 girls) but sadly one is moving north of the river!

As cliché as it may sound, we really have become great friends and I will be sad to not be around this bunch 24/7! Weeknights consists of reality shows in the lounge together, debriefs on our weekends in the kitchen/bedrooms and planning our next weekend outings (such as bottomless brunches, comedy nights, wholesome Sundays and the occasional house party).

We are 28-36 years of age and are all young professionals, with a mix of working from home and office life. We all met via SpareRoom and have formed a great bond.

Down to business

The room is £686 a month without bills, paid on the 28th of every month. Bills are £100 - £170 per month (depending on the season). There also a deposit of £780 payable to the previous tenant and £50 for change of name on the contract.

We also have a cleaner who comes once a week who is our Tremadoc angel.

We are looking for someone who is going to be here for a while, respectful, tidy, social, but also realises this is a home.
