A large double room has become available in a new modern apartment near Clapham North station. The apartment is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and you would be living with two guys (Irish/English). The flat is furnished in the main living room/kitchen but your room will require you to provide your own bed. The building also has a communal rooftop, gym and a concierge in the daytime on weekdays.
We are looking for a fun, easy going housemate who will fit in well with us both.
