Two Double rooms available on the first floor in this friendly, characterful shared house just 7 minutes walk from Clapham North tube and Clapham High Street mainline/14 mins to Clapham Common. There is the option to purchase a parking permit from Lambeth Council.

The house has gas fired central heating and double glazing. There is a kitchen/dining room, separate sitting room, ground floor bathroom/WC, with shower and first floor shower room/WC. There is a small, sunny courtyard garden to the rear. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. The smaller double is at the rear of the house and faces south. The larger double also faces south and there is also a wfh desk.

All bills are shared equally between the 5 tenants, who each take responsibility for one of them. The Council Tax is Band E, which currently (26/27) costs £2,502.03 a year.
