Double bedroom in a sunny Clapham North flat

**We are looking for a friendly individual to join our flat from start of end of April/start of May**

The location of the flat is great - super close to Clapham High Street and minutes away from the Northern Line and Overground. We're surrounded by tons of great shops, bars, cafes & gyms - with a Sainsbury's Local at the end of our street and Sainsbury's supermarket in Clapham Common which is about a 7 min walk up the high street.

The room comes furnished and includes a double bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. One of us is hybrid working, and so we keep desks and chairs ourselves to keep the living room/kitchen a relaxing, communal zone.

The current housemates are Katrina who is Aussie and a physio, and Pihla who is Finnish and works in pharmaceuticals (we're 27 and 28 years old). We're easy-going, super considerate and tidy. We have a great time living together and enjoy the occasional meal out and having a chat while cooking or pottering about the house. We split our time between the office and working from home. We've got a pretty peaceful environment going, so are looking for someone who is after a place to call home in London and keep things low key! The neighbours are great and the rental agency is usually generally responsive to any issues.

The rent for the room is £1050 per month and bills sit around £150 per month (including energy, gas, water, Council Tax and fast-speed BT internet). Naturally, energy and gas portions of this bill vary depending on whether it's summer or winter.
