We are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy new housemate of similar age. 6 minute walk to Clapham North station, 12 minute walk to Stockwell or Brixton, with local pubs & shops super close.
🛌 It’s a spacious double room with two huge built in wardrobes, bed & desk, with shutter blinds. Ground floor facing on to the garden patio, sharing a bathroom with Jack. We have a big garden and love to host bbq’s in the summer!
🏠 Sharing with 3 others - Kay & Tori both work in sports broadcasting whilst Jack is an accountant. We’re all fairly active & into our sports, typically quite busy in the weeks and around more on the weekend.
💸 £900 includes water & council tax, then we split bills & a fortnightly cleaner. Bills come to approx £100 a month.
📑 6 month contract then monthly rolling.
📆 We are flexible on the move in date and would rather find the right person!
Sorry we don’t accept smokers or full time WFH to keep the balance in the house.
