Hey! We’ve got a spacious room available in our lovely Clapham North home, just a 3-minute walk from Clapham North Tube Station, with great connections into Central London.

We’re looking for someone to sublet for the month, with the potential opportunity to take over the lease afterwards!

🏡 The household

You’ll be living with a lovely 28-year-old Canadian gal and a 29-year-old British guy. Both are easygoing, friendly and social!

We’re a pretty relaxed household and love the occasional pub pint, film night or spontaneous hangout, but equally respect each other’s downtime. We like to keep things tidy and treat the house like a home, not just somewhere to crash.

✨ We’re looking for someone who is:

* Friendly, easygoing and up for a chat or occasional house hangout
* Clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces
* LGBTQ+ friendly (a must!)
* Ideally working from the office rather than WFH

Nothing too hectic, just a lovely, comfortable home with good people!
