Melissa (who has been here 9 years) is leaving us and we are looking for a tidy and friendly person who will treat this house as their home.

The Room:
The room is located on the middle floor, is a double room with plenty of natural light, making it bright and airy. The room is directly next to a bathroom, making it super convenient. It comes fully furnished, with everything you need to settle in comfortably.

Housemates:
Housemates work in a hybrid model – a mix of home-based and office-based work. This creates a balance of focused time during the day, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the evenings. We are all sociable, over 30 professionals that get a long well and met through Spareroom.

Located in a quiet residential area, just 10 minutes from Brixton Station and Clapham North Station. The house is also very close to Lidl, Tesco, and Sainsbury’s for all your shopping needs.
