Looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to call home? We have a furnished room available in a 3-story townhouse with 3 female and 1 male housemate.

I'm (Jack) moving out for 6 months on a career break (until mid-late September) and we're ideally looking for a male to balance the household, but open to a female tenant too!

The Room:
The room is located on the top floor, offering added privacy. It is a double room with plenty of natural light, making it bright and airy. The room is directly next to a bathroom, making it super convenient. It comes fully furnished, with everything you need to settle in comfortably.

Housemates:
Housemates work in a hybrid model – a mix of home-based and office-based work. This creates a balance of focused time during the day, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the evenings. We are all sociable, over 30 professionals that get a long well and met through Spareroom. We have all been in the house for over 4 years.

Location:
Located in a quiet residential area, just 10 minutes from Brixton Station and Clapham North Station. The house is also very close to Lidl, Tesco, and Sainsbury’s for all your shopping needs.
