Spacious En-suite Double - Mon–Fri also welcomed

A spacious en-suite double room in a beautiful Victorian townhouse between Brixton and Clapham North (Zone 2).
Ideally we’re looking for someone to stay short period, which would suit someone relocating to London, on a work placement, or between tenancies. We’re also happy to consider a Monday–Friday arrangement.

The house is a three-storey Victorian townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite), which means everyone has plenty of space and privacy. It was recently renovated and has a beautiful modern German kitchen with a large island, which is the heart of the house.
At the back there is a small townhouse garden with seating and a sun lounger — perfect when the weather is nice.

All bills are included, as well as a bi-weekly cleaner for the communal areas, and we generally keep the house tidy and comfortable.

The house is perfectly located between Brixton and Clapham North, both vibrant areas with plenty of restaurants, bars, gyms and shops.
Brixton Market and Clapham Common are within walking distance
Battersea Power Station is around 10 minutes by bike or 25 minutes on foot.

Clapham High Street – Overground (Windrush line)
All stations are 5–10 minutes walk, and there are plenty of Lime and other rental bikes nearby.

Two of us currently live in the house. We both work in fintech, and we’re clean, respectful and friendly. We enjoy arts, sport, travelling and going out, but we both have our own lives and routines.
This is a relaxed and comfortable home rather than a party house.
