Looking for someone to take over my flatmate's room in this amazing flat I've been in for over 2 years!

The flat: 2 BR 1 bath modern flat in a beautiful Victorian house with a massive common area, large renovated bathroom, separate kitchen, and panoramic glass doors that open to a large shared garden. The flat is fully up to spec, with a large new fridge and gas stove, powerful heating, fast internet and high grade finishes throughout.

The room: large double room with a walk in closet! Furnished and comes with the large desk shown in the pictures

The area: 5 minute walk to Clapham North Station, 10 minutes to Clapham Common, and 15 minutes to Brixton. Easy connections to all of London and night tube, plus all the activity of Clapham High Street 5 minute walk.

Flatmates: Julian, 30, been in London 8 Years originally from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 I'm a professional working in higher education- background in science-biology/biotech and design, easy going, love a night out and a night in so ideally looking for someone friendly with their own social life but happy to be around the shared areas of the flat!
