Hello!
We have an ensuite double bedroom available in a 4 bed first and second floor flat on a lovely road in Clapham North.
The house comprises of 3 girls between the ages of 24 and 25 who are all working professionals. We are looking for a female who is sociable, clean, and has similar interests. The current tenancy ends in September so minimum tenancy is c4months but can be slightly flexible on this and also on the exact move in date.
Bills aren't included in the room price but are very reasonable for the area (ex: council tax is £45 per month per tenant).
