Double Room - Clapham North/Stockwell

🔹We have a lovely double room to rent in a large Victorian terrace house, perfectly situated between Clapham and Brixton (zone 2). The nearest tube is Stockwell (Victoria/Northern Line) with both Brixton, Clapham North and Clapham Overground less than a 10 minute walk away.

🏠 The house has 2 communal living rooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower the other with shower/bath) and a kitchen & dining area. There is also a small sun trap garden with a seating area, perfect during the summer months.

🛏️ Nice & bright upstairs bedroom, fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, bedside drawer, chest of drawers.

🕺🏼 We are a chatty group of young professionals who like to keep the house a home. We enjoy spending time together in the house when we are all in, but also have our own hobbies. Your potential future housemates are:
Josh - 🏳️‍🌈 33, works in Procurement, loves the gym and also teaches Irish dance.
Katie - 30, works as a Project Manager and loves to travel.
Simon - 🏳️‍🌈 33, works in Strategy and loves music.

💃🏼 We’re looking for friendly like-minded housemate, who will join in the evening Netflix series or a drink or 2 in the local. As with any house shares, being clean and tidy is essential. Preferably a non-smoker and someone who works 9-5 to fit the vibe of the house.

💸 The deposit is 850 GBP required when accepting the room. The rent is 1050 GBP per month which includes all bills, broadband, and some house consumables. The room will be available approx 1st June (outgoing housemate currently agreeing move date).
