Housemate
You’ll be living with me - a female Aussie working in finance, late 20s, in the office 4-5 days a week so you’ll have plenty of space to yourself during the work week. I’ve been known to cook for my housemate on occasion (a bonus, not a guarantee )

💰 The details
• Rent: £1,500 pcm (bills not included)
• Deposit: £1,731 (I can’t change it on this app but have the certificate to prove)
• Tenancy changeover fee: £50
• Move in: flexible, ideally July/August
