We are looking for someone to move into a lovely double room in our Aussie/Kiwi flat. Clapham North Station and Clapham overground are a 5 minute walk, and the flat is close to all the great bars, cafés, and shops along Clapham High Street.

🛏 The room:
• Bright, semi-furnished double room
• Plenty of storage - wardrobes and drawers, desk, chair and a mirror too.
• Possibility for one day wfh. If more was needed, bills would need to increase.

🏠 The flat:
• Shared with 3 friendly working gals, who work as teachers and in hospitality. We enjoy all that London has to offer, and do things socially together, as well as with our own friends too.

📍 Location:
• 5 mins walk to Clapham North (Northern Line)
• 5 mins to Clapham High Street Overground
• Close to supermarkets, gyms, and pubs

💷 Rent: £900 per month + bills (around £125). Deposit £1038.
🗓 Move-in date: From 2nd October
📅 Minimum stay: 6 months

Looking for a female late 20s/early 30s to join us. We're all very chilled, so someone who is friendly, respectful, quiet and tidy will fit our vibe ✨
