Looking for a girl to replace me in a lovely 3 bed Victorian house with tons of natural light. The house has a large living room, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful south facing balcony with a BBQ and gets sunshine all day

-5 minutes on the overground/ quick bus from Clapham Junction

-15 minute walk to big Sainsbury’s, M&S Foodhall, and a Lidl
-15 minute walk to Clapham Common

You’ll be living with 2 lovely girls (Eve and Liv), both in their mid 20’s so ideally looking for someone a similar age. They enjoy the gym, pub, and a cozy movie in, and looking for someone they can socialise and become friends with !

Double bed room which comes furnished with plenty of clothes storage. There is space to fit a desk in to work from home if needed, see pictures from previous tenant before us, would just need a little reshuffle

The room is available from mid June and can be slightly flexible. The price is £1195 per month plus bills, which normally work out quite cheap
