We are looking to find a replacement female flatmate for a room in our flat in Clapham North, 4 min walk to the station. The room is available from July but there may be some flexibility.
We are the basement flat, but through one bedroom have access to a garden.
Current flatmates are two female professionals in their 30s, who both work full time and are split between office and home working.
The room has a sink and is furnished with bed and draws , with a wardrobe just outside the room.
The landlord will only consider individuals who do NOT require a guarantor.
Rent is currently £850pcm but note the landlord is currently carrying out a rent review. Bills are approx £125 per month.
