Hey everyone! I’m moving out of my room in our lovely Clapham North house, so we’re looking for someone to take over from the 2nd of August.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed. The house itself has a separate living room and kitchen, plus a garden, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 1.5 bathrooms shared between the house.

You’d be living with 4 other flatmates (2 guys, 2 girls), all Aussies aged 26–31. Everyone’s professional, social, friendly and chilled - a really easy house to live in.

The location is amazing, walking distance to both Clapham North and Clapham Common stations, with loads of pubs, cafes, gyms and shops nearby.
