Double Room in flat (Clapham North / Stockwell)

Hey 👋🏼 I am moving out of my double bedroom within a 2-bed available from mid-July in a perfect spot between Clapham north / Stockwell and Brixton stations. All are between 7-10 minutes walk from the flat so ideal for commuting.

The room is £1150 pcm with bills approx £130 pcm. Deposit of £1300 will be held by OpenRent. Landlord is super responsive and flexible. You will sign a new contract with Olivia, so you wont need to worry about subletting or taking over my existing contract.

Available from July 18 (any time before July 31 is okay too). Rent is paid July 31st so if you wish to move in early, we can calculate the difference.

Room only comes with the wardrobe but because I am moving abroad I would be happy to leave all furniture for free

I absolutely love it here and have made a real friend in Olivia (who you will be living with). She is 30, works in FinTech in the city and spends lots of time on her fitness, out with friends and really enjoys cooking. She does WFH 2 days per week so you would have to be okay with this arrangement.

I am only leaving to move overseas. If I was staying in London I wouldnt be moving out but I really hope you'll make this place your home and love it just as much!

We are looking for females only, 26+, working professional who is up for a glass of wine and a TV show on the sofa once in a while.
