Three of us are sadly moving out and are looking for 3 individuals / friends to takeover our rooms! As the tenant currently there is a male, he is looking for ideally one girl and two guys to balance out the dynamic. He is super chill - an easy-going Aussie in his late twenties.
The house is set over three floors, with two bathrooms, a large kitchen and a good sized living room. It is a three minute walk to Clapham North, 5 minutes to Clapham High Street, and a 10 minute walk to Stockwell stations.
The rooms available have a double bed, lots of storage and a desk. Rent costs £950pcm excluding bills - bills are between £100-£150 a month.
The move in date would be 24 July to takeover the tenancy for each room. References may be required upon request. If you think you’d be a good fit please send me a message!
