Double Room in Clapham North (Bills & Cleaner Inc)

My housemate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over a bright double room in our cosy Clapham flat.

The room:
* Double bed
* Huge wardrobe
* Desk for WFH
* Big windows = loads of natural light

The flat:
Open-plan kitchen/living room that’s full of plants and light. It’s colourful, homely and definitely lived in, not a grey landlord special.

* All bills included
* Fortnightly cleaner
* Shared bathroom with a big shower

Location:
🚇 6 mins to Clapham North (Northern Line)
🚇 ~15 mins to Stockwell/Brixton (Victoria Line)

Walk to The Landor (best pub garden), Clapham Common, loads of great coffee shops and a Sainsbury’s.

About me:
I’m Max, 30. I work in EdTech, very much into
running and travelling, and have recently moved back into the flat after a couple of years working remotely. Still love a good night out despite entering a slower era.

Looking for someone who’s chilled, tidy, and happy to make the place feel like home. No pressure to become inseparable, but if you’re up for the occasional pub, coffee or catch-up, that’s a bonus.
