Room to Rent in Clapham North
Myself (28), India (26) and Anna (28) are looking for someone to fill a room in our house from 19th August as our housemate Sam is moving out.
• House is a 10 minute walk to Clapham North station, Brixton, and Stockwell.
• Room is £1125 p. m (council tax/bills are around £100 not included)
• The room has a double bed (lifts up for storage) as well as a double wardrobe and chest of drawers.
• 1 bathroom (with shower and bath) shared between 3 as well as an additional toilet in the downstairs of the house.
• Big open plan kitchen/living room which goes out to the private patio. Photos are from when we moved in. There is plenty of room in the kitchen are if you need to wfh!
We are Irish/Aussie/Scottish and either a teacher or work in finance. We are all very chilled, active but also love a drink!
We are looking for someone similar age to us, tidy, easy-going and loves a pub trip!
