Hey! Our current flatmate of 5 years is moving in with his partner, so a rare gem of a room is entering the market.

We are Vanessa & Mariana 👋 we have lived in London for years and are looking for an established Londoner who is sociable, enjoys drinks with the flat every now and then, but also like to do their own thang.

The flat is split across three levels, with a shared living room-kitchen area.

The room itself occupies the entire top floor/attic conversion, and has a full en-suite bathroom with shower.

The room is very bright and airy and has a large main window overlooking back gardens, and skylights the other side of the room that have a view of Battersea power stations chimneys in the distance.

The neighborhood is safe, quiet and young professional orientated, despite being just 10 min walk go both Brixton and Common.

Local stations are:
Clapham North (Northern Line) 5 min walk
Clapham High Street (Overground) 5-10 min walk
Stockwell (Victoria Line) 10 min walk

Big Sains and Lidl are both around 10 minute walk.

The room comes furnishes with double bed, chest of drawers, bedside stand, wardrobe, small shelving unit

There is additional storage space in the eaves.
