Room in Spacious 2-Bed Flat in Clapham North

I'm reluctantly moving out of this quiet, spacious 2-bed, one-bath, flat at the start of September (dates can be moved around a bit), and I'm looking for someone to take my place in an official tenancy takeover (I'll cover all costs, no subletting needed!).

Your flat mate, Henry, is a lovely bloke, who's often out the house on work trips so you'll often have the place to yourself, but he's always keen for a pint or chat too!

The flat is about a 10 minute walk from Clapham North (Northern line), and a 20 minute walk from Brixton (Victoria line). Big Lidl and Tesco are also within 5 and 10 min walks, respectively, and a bus stop is right outside that connects you to Clapham High Street.
