I’m looking for a friendly, tidy female professional to share my home from the first week of September. I’m 25, work full-time outside the house, and enjoy a sociable, relaxed home where everyone is respectful of each other’s space.

The flat is in a fantastic location, just a 2 minute walk to the Northern line, a short stroll to Clapham High Street, and right next to some great pubs with lovely beer gardens. Ideal for someone who enjoys making the most of the local area while also appreciating a calm, comfortable home to come back to. The room has a king size bed and a spacious walk in wardrobe.
I have just recently renovated the balcony so we have a lovely outdoor place to relax.
