We’re looking for a new housemate to join us at our cozy home in the heart of Clapham North. We occupy the ground floor of a 3 storey townhouse just off Landor Road.

The flat is a 5 minute walk to the Northern line (Clapham North/Stockwell) and 10 minutes to the Victoria line (Stockwell), and a 5 minute walk to Clapham High Street overground.

A short stroll to Clapham High Street where you’ll find an abundance of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants! There are lots of supermarkets within a 10 minute walk.
It’s just a 15 min walk to Clapham Common.

Fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, chest of drawers, and plenty of storage space.
It’s the largest room in the flat.
The IKEA unit comes at an additional price of £40, and the lumie lamp another £40

Claire (female, 28) originally from New Zealand, and working as a dietitian. I enjoy travelling, spending time with friends, and the occasional glass of wine!

Alfie (male, 26) originally from Hertfordshire, UK, working as an advertising account manager (working x2 days from home). He enjoys going on a run, eating everything London has to offer - and a cheeky cocktail!

We're looking for someone who enjoys a friendly and relaxed house atmosphere. Someone who enjoys the occasional catch-up, drink, dinner, or weekend hang while also respecting each other's space. We're ideally looking for a working professional, tidy, considerate, and easy-going person who is after a long-term home.
