This is a fun and social house share set on 3 floors in the Clapham North Triangle, with a back garden perfect for BBQ's or lounging around after work. The property is perfectly nestled for a 5 minute walk to Clapham North tube station, as well as 10 minutes to Brixton station. Both the Victoria and Northern line are on our doorstep which is extremely useful for commuting.

The largest bedroom in the house is coming available with a king size bed and two wardrobes. The house has a private garden, and the room has a pocket sprung mattress, as well as tons of storage.

Ideal candidates to move in:
Chilled and easy going young professionals. Ideally if you enjoy a social house with flat mates you go to the pub with for a few beers with every now and then that would be great. If you play sports...rugby, touch rugby, football or tennis that is a plus.

The rent is £1250 a month with all bills (including a cleaner!) coming to £200 a month- all is sorted by the landlord who has been really good the whole time I’ve been in the property :)
