Lovely sunny room in Clapham North (no WFH)

Hello we are Sass (28), Amy (29), Tim (25) and Dom (29) and we are looking for a 5th housemate to join us from 1st October. We work in a mix of film, marketing, fashion and tech - It’s a lovely house on a quiet street (near the Landor pub) with a great garden (rare for London) - we love to chill/ hangout together as well as do our own thing!

Close to Clapham North and Stockwell stations (Northern and Victoria lines).

Between us we enjoy running, the gym, travelling, films, gigs and all mutually enjoy the pub. Looking for someone in their late 20s/early 30s who is clean/tidy and fun to join us - we pay for a fortnightly cleaner too. This room shares a bathroom with 2/3 others and has a lovely terrace, a couple of us WFH some days of the week but unfortunately this room is not big enough for a desk so not suitable for anyone who works from home!

Bed is a small double. Drop us a message if you are interested and we can arrange a viewing. Rent is £820 and bills come to about £120-150 each :) no couples.
