The house is 3 floors, with a large garden and 4 bedrooms in total. And we’re a stones throw away from Clapham North tube station!

We are 3 young professional females (29, 30 and 31) who work in Marketing, Advertising and Teaching. A creative bunch! We’re all hybrid workers so it’s a mixture of in the office and from home.

We are looking for someone a similar age who wants to be friends as well as housemates. We love a pub visit, boogie, cute dinners out and girls night in. Please send us a little bit about yourself if you're interested! Unfortunately we won't be accepting students, sorry!

We’re looking for someone bubbly to match our dynamic. We’re very house proud and like to keep a clean n tidy home, so looking for a girl who likes the same.

Bills are around £153pp per month (this incl. council tax, gas, elec, water, wi-fi, TV).

Contract start date and ideal move in date is 19th October (but can be discussed), for a minimum 12 month tenancy with the plan to renew in June 2027, as we have done so for multiple years.
