Heya! I'm looking for two new flatmates to move in on the 1st of October.

Rent with all bills included (including cleaner 2x/month for common areas): £1215 pcm per room

3 bedroom Victorian house in an amazing location between Clapham North and Brixton, on a quiet street just off Acre Lane. 10 mins walk to both Brixton and Clapham North stations, 12 mins walk to Clapham High Street.

About the house: 3-floor house with a bathroom and a separate toilet, living & dining rooms, gorgeous garden/patio that connects to the kitchen, and a laundry room. It also has a basement, used as storage space.

You'll be sharing with me: I'm Nereida, 31, from the Canary Islands and I'm a secondary school teacher. I've lived in the house for some months now. I'm friendly, easygoing and respectful in shared spaces. I'm usually busy during the week with work & sport; and on the weekends I usually have plans with friends, but I do enjoy having a friendly atmosphere at home and it'd be nice to make some plans as flatmates too :)
