My sister is moving out of our lovely two bed flat, so I’m looking for someone to move in to her room from October 10th!

🏠The room/flat
The bedroom comes with a double bed and fitted bespoke cupboards with loads of storage. There is also space for a small desk.

The flat is 2 bed and one bath, has been newly renovated, and has a brand new kitchen and appliances. It’s super bright and homely with lots of natural light.

The flat is on the second floor of a converted maisonette with lovely friendly neighbours, who always look out for each other.

🌳The area
The flat is in a great location, just 2 minutes from Clapham high street and 5 minutes from Clapham North station. You can also get to the common in 7 minutes!

😊About me
I own the flat with my sister, so I will be a live in landlord. I’m 24 and am a business consultant. I’m very friendly, relaxed, and sociable and love spending time with friends, whilst also enjoying solo time.

I’m looking for a like-minded female professional (preferably aged 22-27, non-smoker) who is easy-going, sociable and tidy; and would love to find someone who’s keen to make the flat feel like a home rather than just a place to live.
