My housemate is moving out of our lovely 2 bed flat in Clapham (SW4) and I’m looking for a someone to take over take over his lease from mid September. LGBTQ+ would be preferred.
Rent is £900/month exc. bills, with bills sitting roughly around £150/month on top of that.
The flat is a bright, spacious, 2 bed 1 bath top floor flat in a mansion block with open plan living room/kitchen and views of the city. We moved into the flat unfurnished, but more than happy for the bedroom furniture to be bought and stay in the room! Room currently contains a double ottoman bed with lots of under bed storage, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small vanity/desk.
A 2 min walk from Clapham High Street Overground and 5 mins from Clapham North station.
