Double room available in Clapham North

I'm looking for a flatmate to move into a two bed flat in Clapham North at the end of October (but can be flexible for moving in before!).

It is a top floor flat situated 7ish min walk from Clapham North (Northern line) and 1 min walk from Clapham High Street (Overground). It's about a 10 min walk to Clapham Common and 2 min walk to Clapham High Street.

Rent: £1250 + bills

Tenancy is on a rolling contract and I'd prefer someone looking to live there long term (1 year or more).

The flat has a spacious kitchen, a big living room and a balcony.

A bit about me:
* I'm 26 and currently work as a paralegal, mainly WFH 3 days a week
* I'm also studying the Bar course part-time at weekends, so week day evenings and weekends are often taken up with studying until I'm finished at the end of April (boring I know….)
* I love a chill night in but also a trip to the pub and I am always up for a pub quiz — I am happy to fit in a movie night/pub trip every now and then, even with the studying!
* I'm clean and like to keep communal areas pretty tidy
* I love cooking and food — always up for batch cooking a big meal to share or swap!
* I love watching sport, both live and on TV.
* Looking for a housemate to spend time with and work vent in the eve, but I also know when to respect your own privacy.
