We’re looking for a 24-29 y/o young professional to move into a bright and spacious studio room in our friendly six bed, four bathroom house in Clapham North, ideally located an 7 minute walk from Clapham North Station.

Our current housemate is moving in with friends from home so we’re looking for a clean and sociable housemate to join us and make our house even more of a home!

About us 👫
- 24-28y/o young professionals who have lived in the house for 18+ months (3 girls, 2 boys)
- We love a house dinner and a movie/game night together 🍿
- Always keen to drag each other out to play different sports 🏸
- Love an obligatory cheeky pub trip and night out here and there 🍻
- Respectful of everyone’s personal space - we understand everyone needs down time!

- The studio room is on the third floor of our lovely terraced, which has a gorgeous outdoor garden (professionally gardened every two months) 🌷
- The room comes with its own bathroom and kitchen 🚿
- It also has a beautiful large terrace which we use regularly for meals, drinks and cute craft evenings 🎨
