I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in our lovely 3-bed flat in Clapham while I’m away.

📍 Location: Clapham, around 8–10 mins walk from both Brixton Station & Clapham North

💷 £275/week — £1,650 for the full 6 weeks

🏡 3-bed flat shared with two girls, 27 & 28
🛏️ Furnished double bedroom
🛋️ Separate living room
🍳 Fully equipped kitchen
🌿 Balcony with outdoor furniture
🚿 1 bathroom
💻 Desk in the bedroom for occasional WFH

Who we’re looking for:
Ideally one young professional aged around 24–32, preferably female, who is clean, tidy and respectful.

It’s a friendly and social flat, but we’re also very respectful of each other’s space and routines — looking for someone who’d fit into that vibe.

The room is available for the full 6 weeks, with potentially 7 weeks available depending on requirements.
