One of our housemates is moving out, so we’ve got a big room opening up in our house just off Clapham North / Stockwell. It’s a great house and we’re looking for someone to join us from 5th of October.

Really big bedroom, fully furnished and loads of space.

💰 £1,250 pcm
💷 Bills are roughly £57 council tax + £20 to £50 utilities
📅 Available from 5th October 2026, but flexible

We’re a pretty social house, usually up for a few beers, watching sport, going to events/gigs or heading to the pub, but equally happy doing our own thing.

Looking for a young professional who’s clean, easy-going and wants to live in a social house rather than just rent a room. Couples probably won’t be ideal.
