Big room in a lovely Brixton/Clapham house share

Looking for a new girl to take over my room in the house I've called home for the last 5 years! I'm moving out on 18th October, so we're looking for someone lovely to take my place.

The room & house -

The room is HUGE and comes furnished with the comfiest super king bed, wardrobes and drawers. I work from home half the week and there's loads of space, so it's perfect if you need a bit of room to spread out. My desk, mirrors, bedside tables and shelves will be coming with me, but everything else is staying!

The house is a 4-bed maisonette with a shared living room, a great kitchen and a very sunny garden (perfect for a little Sunday chill). It's on a super quiet street, with really friendly neighbours and everything you need close by.

We're ideally located between Brixton and Clapham North stations, both just a 7-10 minute walk away. Tesco, Lidl, M&S and Sainsbury's are all within easy walking distance too.

You'll be living with my 3 lovely friends, all girls in their late 20s working in architecture and film. One of the bedrooms is ensuite, so you'll only be sharing a bathroom with 2 others and we've never had any issues with timings!

The house has a really easy-going vibe. Everyone has their own schedules and does their own thing, but we're also always up for a yap in the kitchen, Sunday chill days with films, food and jigsaws, or a spontaneous pub trip. It's the perfect balance of having your own space while still feeling like you're living with friends rather than strangers.

Rent: £900 per month (which is such a steal for the area and room size!!)
Deposit: £900
Bills: Around £100 per month
Move-in date: 18th October

The house is owned by a private landlord who's genuinely great. He's super responsive on WhatsApp and will often come round straight away if anything needs looking at, which is a rare find!

About you -
We're looking for someone tidy, friendly and easy-going who'll make the house feel like home! Girls preferred as it's currently an all-girls house, but we're open to LGBTQ+ housemates too.
